I am Philippe, a seasoned executive who bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and business execution. With 15+ years across Germany, Norway, France, China, Canada and Luxembourg, I've built a unique expertise combining interim management, advanced systems engineering, and entrepreneurial leadership.
My journey began in automotive systems engineering at Bombardier Transportation, where I developed optimization algorithms for high-speed trains. This foundation in complex systems led me through progressive leadership roles at major automotive suppliers (Kongsberg, ZF, Molex) where I managed multi-million € projects and teams of 25+ engineers.
The entrepreneurial calling led me to found Fair MedTech UG, successfully breaking into African medical device markets providing cutting edge technology at affordable price. Most recently, I challenged myself to push the boundaries of autonomous systems by single-handedly developing a complete AUV perception system—demonstrating that complex AI/ML systems can be executed with the right strategic approach.
Today, I leverage this unique combination of corporate leadership, technical depth, and entrepreneurial execution to help organizations navigate their most challenging digital transformations and technical projects.
